Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 365 Reasons mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

365 Reasons is a mobile application designed for couples to express their love by writing one reason they love their partner every day for 365 days. The App allows users to:

• Create an account and connect with a partner
• Write and share daily reasons with their partner
• Attach photos to their reasons
• View their partner's reasons
• Track their progress and streaks

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, including your reasons and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you and your partner.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or any other malicious code
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Partner Connection

The App allows you to connect with one partner at a time. By connecting with a partner, you agree that:

• Your reasons will be shared with your connected partner
• You will see your partner's reasons
• Either party may disconnect the partnership at any time

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription options and pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. We do not directly process refunds.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
