By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service and payment policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries and check-in responses.
Your personal content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.
The App does not include features to share your content with others or to our servers. Your journal entries remain private on your device.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Overthinking and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overthinking and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Overthinking regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
