• Content You Create: The daily reasons you write, including text and any photos you attach. This content is stored to provide the core functionality of the app.
• Partner Connection: When you connect with a partner, we store the relationship between your accounts to enable sharing of reasons.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, such as features accessed and time spent in the app, to improve our services.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications, we store your device's push notification token to send you alerts when your partner shares a reason.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the 365 Reasons app
• Create and manage your account
• Enable you to share reasons with your connected partner
• Send push notifications when your partner writes a reason (if enabled)
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data and your partner's shared content
• Secure authentication practices

• With Your Partner: The reasons you write are shared with your connected partner. This is the core purpose of the app.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

365 Reasons is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the app, you consent to such transfers.
